Rare Adrian Pearsall 'Love in Space" fabric Art for Craft Associates in the 1960s. As it appears in the Craft Associates 1965 catalog, this fabric based art piece features two sets of footprints that meet for a kiss and then wander off along the beach together, with paint splashes suggesting star-filled skies above. This particular rendition in a warm purple with two different colored footprints was probably specified by the customer for a unique space. This piece is in good condition with a few imperfection on the background material. The original walnut frame is in great shape and the double wires on the rear allow vertical or horizontal hanging. The original makers tag remains firmly attached to the art and sandwiched between it and the frame. The Reg No. PA4114 on the tag is the code designation for Craft Associates of Wilkes-Barre PA.
