Petite lounge chair by Italian designer Carlo de Carli for Singer and Son's Modern collection, 1950s. Solid walnut frame with original opaque/bleached finish. Very comfortable seat with original springs and well fitting cushions. Great arm side and back details. Structurally the chair is in great shape with no movement in the joints. There are areas of finish wear on the arms and lower legs especially the back but it presents well with plenty of patina-added-character. Nice fish scale detail on the upholstery.
