Long version of the iconic 'Long John' bench designed by Edward Wormley for Dunbar in the 1950s.  Solid walnut planks and bentwood legs combine to create a bench which is both incredibly solid  but floats. The bench top has been refinished to bring out the beautiful range of browns - these benches embrace the dark heartwood and lighter sapwood that was championed by George Nakashima.
