Rare all original Edward Wormley designed model 4586 dressers with louvered fronts made by Dunbar in the 1940s. From Wormley's ground breaking Dunbar for Modern line, this 1945 design features refined minimalist detailing with ridges and angles that catch the light in a very pleasing way. Each Mahogany dresser has six oak drawers, the first of which has felt lined sections for jewelry or ties and cufflinks. The other four drawers are standard and the bottom drawer is slightly deeper for bulkier items.
 
One dresser has an original insert that further divides the second drawer. Both pieces are in good all original condition with occasional edge and finish wear with both having more on the top surface. Both dressers have the Dunbar for Modern brand and model number.
