Set of four dining chairs designed by Borge Mogensen in 1947 and made by FDB Mobler in the late 1940s. These early versions have solid beech frames with steambent teak seat backs without the typical plugs covering the screws that later versions have. The backs are simply doweled into the tops of the back legs.

The use of different woods creates a high contrast design that emphasizes the old growth Teak wood grain. Refinished frames, reglued joints and newly upholstered in faux leather with new jute webbing and 1 inch foam for comfort. All chairs are branded with the FDB logo and read 'Made in Denmark'. Sold as a set of 4.
