Designed in 1958 by George Nelson Associates for Herman Miller, this imposing boat shaped conference table makes a seriously modern statement. Listed as model 5884 in the 1959 Illustrated Price List, it features a high contrast white laminate top with oiled walnut trim set on a reinforced steel frame with polished chrome legs. At 96" x 44" wide it seats up to 10 people, perfect for meetings or dinners alike. Very solidly built with the Nelson details we all love, this 1950s table is in very good original condition with only a few surface imperfections. Original levelling feet allow the table to sit perfectly level.
