This is a classic 1949 design from George Nelson for Herman Miller as part of the Executive Office Group (EOG ). The desk features five standard drawers and one hanfging file drawer, as well as original chrome pulls. The original metal Herman Miller label is still affixed to the interior of the top right drawer. The desk has occasional edge wear on the corners of the pedestals - typical of normal use. The cane modesty panel at the back of the desk is in very good vintage condition. The aluminum legs and leveling feet are also  in very good shape. The desk features an attractive walnut-grain Formica top.
