Rare George Nelson Dresser and Vanity set from his first collection for Herman Miller in the late 1940s. Designed in 1946, this set consists of two three drawer dressers, one flip top vanity cabinet which hangs from the dressers and one original vanity stool. This set is in remarkable good condition considering it is almost 80 years old! Excellent storage in the dressers with dividers in the top drawers and a Herman Miller label in each. Very practical vanity with lighting that turns on when the top is opened. Includes 2 original jewelry trays, frosted glass insert and mirror. Stool is in good condition - very sturdy, two labels and original fabric. Foam needs to be replaced, as is to be expected.
