George Nelson designed credenza and desk for Herman Miller’s Executive Office Group.


The credenza shown is part of an L desk/return setup, with a walnut laminate desk top on a chrome H leg. It features sliding doors that catch each other when opened to the left. From right, there is storage with an adjustable shelf; a shallow drawer above a hanging file drawer; a slide out shelf with power outlet above a storage cubby; push click opening access to trash compartment below trapdoor; end storage with adjustable shelf.


Unit is in very good condition with age typical wear on edges and top surface. Small veneer chip on trapdoor edge, end cabinet rear edge and larger chip on rear top edge but not very visible from most angles. As desk top was previously attached there are 4 mounting holes and slight finish variation due to sub fading on rest of cabinet. Polished aluminium self levelling legs in great condition.
