Rare Early modern cabinets designed by Gilbert Rohde for Herman Miller in the 1940s. Known as the Paldao group for their distinctive burled veneer and iconic cast brass hardware, this set consists of a larege bookcase and a drop front secretary desk with drawer and lower shelf. Both have the Model numbers on the back 4101 & 4102. In good original condition with some touchups to the veneer.
