Vintage ottoman for the Malabar chair designed by Mel Abitz for Galloway's Furniture of Tampa in the 1960s. Solid walnut base with Abitz' signature Bowtie stretchers with a bent plywood shell supporting a tufted loose cushion. Base is newly refinished and seat and pillow freshly reupholstered. In excellent condition.
