This unique American armoire made by Specialty Woodcraft Inc. from the 1950s marries Danish inspired design, excellent craftsmanship and superb storage options. With its nods to Finn Juhl's separation of cabinet and support structure, this subtle trapezoid form also has similarities to T.H. Robsjohn Gibbings designs for Widdicomb and his preferred bleached walnut finish. The wardrobe includes three large clothing drawers, eight medium drawers and three small ones. Added to this are two storage cubbies with adjustable shelf and a pullout tie rack in the center. Full length doors have a beautifully subtle pull that tapers in at the bottom. The doors appear misaligned in the main photos but this was due to the floor being uneven - see final photo as proof of their alignment in its current location. 
 
In very good vintage condition with occasional finish wear.
