Early recliner model 74 for James Inc./ Thayer Coggin in the 1950s. Featuring an extremely comfortable contoured seat with head rest set on a solid elm frame with superb woodgrain, this recliner works great as both standard lounge chair or as sleep-inducing recliner in the rolled back position. For authenticity, Baughman's signature through tenon arm-leg connections are shown clearly in the photos. Newly reupholstered in a neutral gray, this chair is ready for many more years of use. Chair frame shows occasional wear as shown in the photos. Recliner motion works smoothly as intended footrest tucks neatly under seat when not in use.
