Classic Danish modern Z chair design by Poul Jensen for Selig in the 1950s.
Solid beech frames with walnut tone lacquer finish. Beautifully sculpted arms and back rails. Very solid joints and easy to ship with knock down construction using keyhole connections. In good original condition with age typical finish wear. Both marked made in Denmark on front stretcher. These are early versions produced before Selig began adding their badge. Stamped Made in Denmark on front stretcher. Sold and priced as a pair.
