Stylish Danish Modern Teak flip-top desk by Peter Lovig Nielsen made in the 1970s. Angular and architectural, this generous desk offers excellent storage in the front drawers and top cubbies. It also transfrorms with the hinged top section flipping backwards creating an extended work or dining area. Stamped Lovig 1975 underneath.
This desk has been lightly refinished and is in good vintage condition. There is an area of discoloration on the right side of the desktop. The base of the desk was custom made in white oak based on measurements from the original design. It provides a lovely Danish modern contrast of two fine woods.
