Short lived MMG (Modern Management Group) line desk by George Nelson Associates for Herman Miller 1957-1962. This utilitarian desk is finished in a trademark 'Sandstone' paint shade and has a walnut woodgrain laminate top. It features a pull out typewriter stand and three drawers, the top drawer having the original MMG label. In good overall condition with some paint loss to the edges closes to the leg space and one dent on the left side of the drawer pedestal.
