Timeless design from T.H. Robsjohn-Gibbings for Widdicomb of GRand Rapids in the late 1940s. Featuring Gibbings' signature joint detailing, elegant but modern style and Widdicomb's highest quality craftsmanship, these WWZ model lounge chairs instantly add a touch of class to any room. The designers was featured in a Life magazine spread in 1948 and pictured next to this chair as one of his new designs. This pair have been completely restored with refinished frames, new foam and new upholstery. The original spring seats have been retained for comfort and authenticity. Both chairs have Widdicomb labels, one with model code, WWZ.
