Designed by Charles and Ray Eames at the request of their architect friend Eero Saarinen as a seating solution for the latter's Dulles Airport Terminal in Washington DC in 1961. Modular system of slings and arms make this piece reconfigurable with other pieces from the line. 
 
This seat is in very good original vintage condition with only a few light signs of use ( pictured)
