Vintage George Nelson designed platform bench made by Herman Miller in the 1950s. uitable as a coffee table, bench or BCS cabinet base, this ebonized version has its original finish which is in good condition with occasinonal small signs of wear.  Doweled finger joints on outer slat ends and at leg intersections. Mitered and doweled leg joints have held up well and there is minimal movement.
