Jens Risom is truly an icon in the world of design. The Danish furniture designer is credited with bringing Scandinavian design to the United States. He studied under Ole Wanscher and alongside Hans Wegner while in Copenhagen, and later teamed up with Hans Knoll before going solo.

In 1959, Jens Risom Design released a stunning catalog of the firm’s pieces. The collection includes coffee tables, lounge chairs, beds, couches, desks and more.

The Risom family has kindly granted us permission to share the pages of this vintage 1959 catalog from Jens Risom Design. The images are for educational and noncommercial purposes.
